1. Who we are and what we do
LFP Funding helps business owners explore business funding options, including merchant cash advances and other commercial financing offered by third-party funding providers. LFP Funding is not a bank. Funding decisions, terms, amounts and timing are made solely by the funding provider, not by LFP Funding. Submitting an application does not guarantee that you will receive any offer or funding.
2. Business use only
Our services are for businesses, not for personal, family or household purposes. You confirm that you are authorized to act for the business you apply on behalf of. Services may not be available in every state.
3. Your information
You agree that the information you give us is true, complete and current. With your authorization, we may share your application and supporting documents with funding providers so they can review your request. How we collect, use and protect information is explained in our Privacy Policy at https://www.lfpfunding.com/privacy-policy.
4. SMS / text message program
Program name: LFP Funding text messages.
LFP Funding (Legacy Funding Partners LLC) sends text messages about your funding application to business owners who agreed to receive them, including your secure link to finish your application and upload documents, reminders about missing documents, call reminders, and updates from your LFP representative.
- Consent: You opt in by checking the separate, optional text-message consent box on our application form. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any service.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Help: Reply HELP for help, or email info@lfpfunding.com.
- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will receive one text confirming you have opted out and no further messages. Reply START to opt back in.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We do not sell or share your mobile number or your SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Website use
You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or submitting false or fraudulent information. Content on this website is owned by LFP Funding and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
6. No guarantees
This website and our services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee approval, offer terms, funding amounts or funding dates. Information on this website is general and is not legal, tax or financial advice.
7. Limitation of liability
